Women’s Retreat is Walking the Wilderness!
Join us at Peterkin as we explore this year’s theme with sessions covering chapters from the book An Altar in the World by Barabara Brown Taylor, discussing how we encounter God outside of church and find sacred in "the small things." Retreat offerings include theme inspired sessions, a hike to "the Falls," intentional time to unwind, enjoy nature, relax, and worship!
This event is for all women who want to gather for fellowship regardless of Peterkin experience or religious affiliation, for those 21 and older, and is LGBTQ+ friendly. Because women often share roles, responsibilities, and perspectives with other women, this retreat is a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded people, while also focusing on oneself.
This retreat has an optional additional day - you may arrive Thursday afternoon for a 3-night stay, or Friday afternoon for a 2-night stay. The deadline for registration is April 2nd.
We hope you will join us for this time away, in a favorite place to many, within the mountains of West Virginia.
